He's bossy, he's brilliant, but when he talks about magic while wearing his fancy dressing gowns covered in dragons and or cacti, it gets pretty wild. He would be the ideal mad tea party host.

Mad Hatter: Valancy from Lucy Maud Montgomery's The Blue Castle. Valancy has very little time left but is determined and able to make the most of it.

Dormouse: Noah from Maggie Stiefvater's The Raven Cycle. Noah is very shy and quiet but it turns out he has pretty good reasons for being so.

Alice: September, of course, from Catherynne Valente's Fairyland series. She starts out knowing nothing at all about Fairyland, and every time she thinks she's gotten the hang of it, the rules change. She does all right, though.

This is going to be the absolute best tea party ever. Obviously, she'd be trying to read everyone's leaves.
Mad Hatter: Alina Starkov from the Grisha Trilogy. She literally spends all of her time running away from one thing or another. And it might me a personal opinion, but "limited time" is a STRONG feeling I get from this girl. For the record, I haven't read the third book.
Dormouse: This might be an odd choice, but Morpheus from The Sandman. He's a creature of few words, but his story is hella amazing.
Alice: Linh Cinder. If you've read the book, enough said.
